Calypso Coffee is a little vacation in a glass, warm, boozy, and topped with cream, and trücup makes it smooth all the way down. Watch how we make it, then grab your shades and the recipe below.
Since trücup is low-acid, up to 60% less than regular coffee, it's an easy, mellow base for this rum-and-coffee-liqueur classic. Rich flavor without the harsh bite.
