We want your low-acid coffee to reach you fresh and fast.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our roastery.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states [we do not ship internationally]. 

Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard shipping is a flat 7.95, and orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Free shipping applies automatically on any order of 3 or more products, and on all orders over $45.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within [3] business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can affect delivery times. We'll do our best to keep you posted if something holds up your order.
