Thirty-six pods, twelve each of Medium, Bold, and French Roast. Keep all three on the counter and you've got the right cup for whoever walks in.

Guests never take their coffee the same way. Somebody wants it dark, somebody wants it smooth, and there's usually one person who waves it off entirely because coffee and their stomach stopped getting along years ago. This pack covers all three.

Medium sits in the balanced middle. Bold runs deeper and fuller. French is the darkest roast we make. Every pod goes through our all-natural water-and-steam process, which removes the acid from the green beans before roasting. No chemicals, and nothing stripped out of the flavor. Independently tested at 5.74 pH, roughly 60% less acid than major grocery brands.

Which means the person who normally passes can say yes.

Brews in any Keurig or K-Cup compatible machine. Good for the break room, the guest room, the holidays, or any kitchen where more than one person makes the coffee.

HOW ITS MADE

Just Water, Steam, and Pressure

No proprietary formulas or chemicals. No pharmacy-grade jargon or buzz words. Here's the whole process.

: a 3-step process.

1
Water and steam
Nothing else. It starts with raw green coffee beans and an all-natural steam bath with no chemicals and no shortcuts.
2
The harsh acids rinse away
Steam gently carries off the stomach-irritating acids before a single bean is roasted.
3
Then we expertly roast it.
What's left is bold, smooth, full-flavored coffee, with 60% less acid, tested at pH 5.7, easy on you.

Let's Talk pH

A Little Science, Simplified

Acidity is measured in pH, on a scale of 0 to 14. Anything from 0–7 is acidic; 7–14 is basic. Water sits right in the middle at 7.

Here's the twist: pH is logarithmic, so each whole point is a 10x jump. That means a coffee with a pH of 6 is 10x more acidic than water. The higher the pH, the gentler it is on your stomach.
